What are the auction terms and conditions?
All sales conducted by Arrow Motor Auctions are carried out under our terms and conditions of sale, copies of which are available from our office.
Additional conditions may apply and these will be shown in the auction catalogue, made as an announcement by the auctioneer or published on line in the case of on line auction sales.
Who can attend an auction and are there any bidding restrictions?
Anyone can attend our auctions but it is expected that persons under the age of fourteen are accompanied by an adult. Bidding can only be completed by persons aged eighteen or over.
How do I bid on a vehicle?
Before bidding ensure that you have the required cash deposit. Bid by making yourself visible and clear to the auctioneer.
What forms of payment does Arrow Motor Auctions accept?
Payments can be made in cash, by card or bank transfer.
When must I collect my vehicle?
Purchased vehicles must be collected no later than close of business the day after the auction. Failure to do so may result in storage charges being made.
What is an ‘indemnity charge’?
An indemnity charge is payable on top of the hammer price to protect purchasers from any defect in title.
